The culinary career of Chef Nguyen Van Hai began when he started working as a cook assistant in a Western restaurant. After two years, he went to study cooking in a traveling vocational school in Hanoi, majoring in fusion cuisine and graduating in 2009. He currently has nine years of experience in European and Asian baking techniques and five years of experience as a chef in different cooking branches of Hoa Sua vocational school. He was appointed head chef in various well-known hotel groups in Hanoi, including Serenade, Song Thu, Lotte, and Maison D’Hanoi.
Chef Hai has been working at The Rhythms since it was established and has led the kitchen team to create and develop remarkable dishes. With a solid background of local and worldwide cuisine, he has continuously brought an exquisite dining experience to our customers.
